In accordance with professional responsibilities and legislation, disclosure may happen when there is a perceived risk to your safety or to another or there is a legal requirement to do so. If this occurs permission from you would be sought prior to disclosing any information.

Client notes will be securely stored to the Data Protection act 1998. Copies of your notes can be obtained on request.
